I use gentle stretching techinques and use a medium pressure varied to your preference of touch. But there is more to a good massage than just rubbing sore muscles. Some clients prefer no conversation during the session, while others feel it helps them open up and discuss issues in their lives. All conversations are held in the strictest of confidence.
